Vegan Smoothies 5 ways

Smoothies are a staple in our diet, so here are our 5 favourites! We have a Tropical Green, Choc Banana, Berry Cheesecake, Sweet potato pie and Mocha! Each taste far too indulgent for their own good but are completely guilt free! Loaded with fruits, probiotics, seeds and calcium, these smoothies are great for breakfasts or simply whenever you feel like it.


 

All smoothies serve 1


Tropical Green



  • Cheek of a mango

  • 1 passionfruit

  • handful of spinach leaves

  • 1 medium pear

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 3/4 cup coconut water


Choc-banana



  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 medjool dates

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 heaped tsp protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk


Berry Cheesecake



  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/3 cup plain coconut yogurt

  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • zest of half a lemon

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk


Sweet potato pie



  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato

  • 2 medjool dates

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • a few ice cubes

  • 1 heaped tsp protein powder (optional)

  • 1 cup soy milk


Mocha



  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 shot of espresso (or double if you prefer it stronger)

  • 1 cup soy milk
