Multi-Purpose Vegan Cheese Sauce

A banging sauce that can be used to dip, coat and drizzle on practically anything. Pasta, nachos, chips, you name it. And with real, familiar ingredients too.
Ingredients
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp miso paste
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp salt (only add at the end according to personal preference)
Method
Boil the potatoes and carrots until very soft
Once cool, add boiled veggies to a food processor (a Nutri-Bullet does the trick) along with other ingredients
Blend until smooth (add water to thin mixture if needed)
Lick bowl clean
